Premium Comforts

This BMW is a surprisingly flexible option: it can adapt seamlessly to a variety of lifestyles and driver's needs; whether simple performance, ultra-luxury, or advanced technology is your personal preference, the fantastic new 2019 BMW 5 Series delivers above and beyond expectation. Opt for leather upholstery, a sunroof,  heated seats, surround sound, and more.

Good Looks, Four Doors

From an iconic kidney grille to sharply-designed headlights and an aggressive rear slope, the new 2019 BMW 5 Series is changing the game--without losing what made it such a legacy. For drivers in Pleasanton on the hunt for a luxury midsize sedan that checks all of the boxes, and satisfies in every way, the new seventh-generation BMW 5 Series is a great choice. With the removal of the Gran Turismo style last year, a four-door sedan is now your primary, and only, body style option.

Deleted Diesel, But Tenacious Turbos

Engine options have been slightly pared down for 2019--BMW dropped its diesel engine in the 5 Series lineup, leaving a still-impressive four options to choose from: a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, a 2.0-liter twin-turbo hybrid powertrain, a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6, and a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8. Power ranges from 248 HP for 530i and 530e models, up to 456 HP for M550i models. xDrive all-wheel drive is available or standard on all trims.

New Tech Subscription Options

Standard safety and driver-assistance features like Park Distance Control and a Rear-View Camera join a range of systems that include blind-spot monitoring, lane departure warning and forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking. A 10.2-inch touchscreen and standard iDrive infotainment system now deliver a more customized approach to technology--instead of being a pricey one-time package purchase, Apple CarPlay integration is now bundled with the BMW Navigation subscription service.
