"I am an owner of a 2006 530i. I have it serviced at East Bay BMW regularly and am always treated like royalty when I am at the service center. You are receiving this letter now because Rich has gone above and beyond your normal excellence in customer care in the service department. The wheel on my car developed a crack in the rim and was leaking air slowly. The service rep on the initial call said it was due to road hazard and that BMW would not cover it, even though I hadn't even brought the car in yet for inspection. Rich called me back, apologized and asked me to bring the car in for inspection, after which it was determined to be a defect. Rich was so professional in his job that I felt compelled for the first time in my life, to write in and thank you all for the outstanding customer service he personifies. Thank you!"

"I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Rich Deeds who provided an outstanding service and continually keeping me in touch during the entire time my car was there. Even though there are still problems with the night vision camera programming, I cannot be more pleased with the efforts of the department trying to make it work.
