"Jason did a fabulous job working with us. He gave us his full attention and allowed us to explore the car experience during two test drives. I was impressed with his relaxed approach to our novice handling of the car. He also offered his knowledge of the car, but not overly so. His amenable, relationship approach was very much appreciated.We enjoyed working with him and even had fun during the sales process. For example, when showing some of the trunk attributes, Jason flipped over the wheel cover to discover that the tread side was dirty. He made a joke about it and we all laughed it off. I never felt pressured by Jason. It was more like he was helping us get acclimated to the car to find the value. (It worked.) We also found the financing process incredibly easy and smooth. While Jon and I relaxed in the lounge, Jason kept us informed of the process and timing. When we met with the finance manager, the process was very quick. We really just had to sign the paperwork.This is our first BMW, but I anticipate that it won't be our last. Both of us agree that we will return to your dealership in the future and request Jason to help us again. The entire process was really terrific for us and we love our purchase!"

"Jason Burger was really wonderful! My Husband and I were really undecided on what type of car to purchase, ranging from a Lexus to an Acura at your "sister dealerships" across the street. Jason was really good at not pushing me, but helping to guide me towards a car that really fit my needs. I drive alot, and needed navigation and heated seats.

My Volvo lease isn't up until July, and there was really no sense of urgency for us.Jason worked on the pricing along with Larry Maxson, to make my payment reasonable, and they were so great, we felt the need to get the car I truly wanted that very same day!

I am in the relocation business, and deal with companies that are moving their employees to the Bay Area. I will certainly send "future clients" to Jason and your East Bay BMW Dealership.
