"Alan Elias was my service advisor and he promptly greeted me when I got there. Surprisingly, he remembered my name and business, even though I have not been there for over a year. He offered me a loaner car which I greatly appreciated. I chose to wait in the customer area instead. I have to say I had an awesome productive time there. The furniture was very comfortable, the quiet and relaxing environment, the free Starbucks coffee, the bottled water, and internet service made my stay memorable."



"I was in the zone working on editing an internet sales letter, as the time flew by. The change of environment as well as the comfort of the location resulted very productive time. In fact I even joked to a few of my friends, that I might just stop there to get some work done every now and again."
