BMW Awards Highest Honors to East Bay BMW in Pleasanton

WOODCLIFF LAKE, New Jersey, March 2008 – East Bay BMW has won the prestigious 2008 Center of Excellence Award, presented annually by BMW of North America to recognize sales leadership with the highest level of customer satisfaction. The award is presented to only 31 of the 338 BMW centers nationwide.

The Center of Excellence Award recognizes the entire team at East Bay BMW for providing extraordinary client care and for demonstrating a high level of excitement and enthusiasm for the BMW brand. BMW customers nationwide are given an opportunity to evaluate their sales and service experience at BMW dealerships via an independent survey. Survey results were used to select the 31 BMW centers nationwide for this outstanding honor.

Dear East Bay BMW,

I just wanted to send you an email to let you know what a fantastic car-buying (leasing) experience I had at East Bay BMW thanks to your incredible staff. From the moment I sent my first email to Jason Rigor, Business Development Representative, everyone was responsive, available, and accommodating to my every need and desire. It couldn't have been more different from my recent experience from another BMW dealer that eventually made me drive 100 miles one-way and pay higher sales tax to come to you.

Buying a luxury dream car, like BMW, should be fun, and it has been. Phil Wiltz, Client Advisor, offered me a test drive right away and was obviously committed to getting me the car I wanted. He was concise and clear about the various buy/lease options. David Manalo, Financial Services Manager, was delightful to deal with and sped through the paperwork, and threw in a couple of things like the iPod touch that I don't believe he necessarily had to do. They both worked very hard to help me with scheduling things like the LoJack installation, knowing I have a very busy schedule. The entire time I felt like the most important customer in the place.

Oh, and my new 2008 BMW 650i Coupe is UNBELIEVABLE. I am just loving it. I've only had the chance to drive it on a hilly twisty road once, but the performance was incredible. In short, I can't think of anything that could have gone better, and I will unhesitatingly recommend East Bay BMW to anyone I know who is even thinking about buying a BMW. It's been 14 years since I bought my last BMW at East Bay BMW, but I don't think it will be quite as long before the next one.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of America recognized East Bay BMW in Pleasanton for their heartfelt gratitude for helping contribute more than $500,000 during the 2007 Holiday Wish Event. East Bay BMW helped share the power of a wish to children in need.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
